How can I take distributorship of Fine India?
There are 2 modes available for your joining, one is Product Mode and the other
is Policy Mode. However to become a Distributor of Fine India, you have to buy a
product of Rs. 10000.00 to Rs. 250000.00 from our
product gallery or a policy
from Bajaj Allianz. When you finish your
joining procedure, you become a
Distributor of Fine India hence you will be eligible to avail all the benefit
mentioned in this website.

The minimum amount of purchase to become Fine India Distributor is Rs. 10000.00,
but to get the binary commission you must have a minimum purchase of Rs.
50000.00.

How can I make the payment for Product Mode?
The best thing which you can do, transfer the amount online in our
ICICI bank
account either by net banking or by cheque. If you don’t have account in ICICI
bank, then make the demand draft in favour of Fine
Indisales Pvt. Ltd. Payable at Kanpur and send it to our postal address along
with the "Product Mode PVC Application Form for DD Payments".
Our ICICI bank account details are as follows:

Account number: 628805016400.
Note:
1. don't deposit the cheques of other banks for clearance in any of our bank
account as we don't accept clearance cheques, however if deposited by mistake
then the PVC of those
cheques will be given after 10 days of clearance.
2. don't deposit cash in
any of our bank account as we don't accept cash, however if deposited by mistake
then the PVC will only be sent when we will receive the original receipt of
payment at our postal address along with the 2% penalty.

How can I inform you about the payment
for Product Mode?
In case of online account transfer, you have to fill "Product Mode PVC Application Form for Online Transfer Payments" which you can download from our download page
and Fax it to our office
number or you can also send a scanned copy of it to
pvc@fineindia.net
In case of demand draft, you have to fill "Product Mode PVC Application Form for DD Payments" which
you can download from our download page and send it to our postal address along
with the demand draft.

How will I get the PVC for Product Mode?
When your payment will be verified, you will get the PVC on your Email, as
mentioned by you in the PVC Application Form. If your mobile is being
registered with us then PVC will also go to your mobile through SMS so that you do not have
to open your Email account each time.
If you don't receive our Email, then please check your Spam folder and also add
our Email address to your addressbook to receive our Emails in your inbox.

How can I join through Policy Mode?
To become a Policy mode Distributor of Fine India, follow the given steps below:
1. Make the D.D. in favour of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. Payable
at Patna.
2. Get the proposal form from any Bajaj Allianz branch office.
3. Make a photo copy of Proposal form and fill it.
4. Take the signature of the applicant on the original empty proposal form.
5. Send the filled photo copy proposal form, signed original proposal form, and D.D. along with the age proof, ID proof, address proof, and passport size
photograph to-

6. Fill the "Policy Mode PVC Application Form for DD Payments Sent to Patna" which you can download it

7. PVC will be sent on your Email when your Policy will be accepted by Bajaj
Allianz. Click on joinus link and follow the steps.

PVC is a payment verification code which you get from us when your payment will
be verified so that you can make your online joining yourself.

What is Fine ID?
Fine ID is a unique identification number of your Distributorship through which
you can refer new distributors as well as you can login to your purchase
account with your password to check your business status online.

When I proceed from your join us page then it is asking for spill Binary Fine
ID, what is it?
That means you or your upline has already joined 2 Distributors under your
Binary table, so now you have to spill this Distributor under any of your
distributor. Check the Fine ID of your downline Distributors from your login
area by clicking on genealogy and fill it there.

I don’t want to open my B leg now, I want to spill it under A leg from my direct
Fine ID is it possible?
Yes of course, When you have already opened your A leg and you don't want to
open your B leg then proceed from the joinus page normally. Now our final
registration page will be loaded, it will show the same binary sponsor Fine ID
as direct sponsor Fine ID. Click on "spill" a new page will be loaded, enter the
desired Fine ID where you want to spill and proceed further to fill rest of the
form. .

Can I top up my purchase account?
Yes. We also have a facility to Top Up your purchase account by any amount in
multiple of 10000.00 and it will be effected from 1st of next month, so if you
are a minimum purchase account Distributor , be alert to Top Up your purchase
account to match your purchase by Rs. 50000.00 in the same month when you are
going to be eligible for Binary income.

Can I take refund of my purchase amount?
you can get 100% money back guaranty that means whenever you are dissatisfied
from our company, you can refund your product voucher and get your full
purchased amount back through our refund policy and your commissions is all
yours, what so ever you had taken.

What is product voucher?
Fine India will send a product voucher of the purchase amount to all verified
Product Mode Distributor by which Distributor can redeem his/her voucher with
the product from the company within 5 years from the date of purchase.

Who are "verified Distributor" of your company?
Distributor has to take the printout of the agreement from the login section and
after signing on all the pages, has to send to the company along with their copy
of PAN and address proof to become a verified Distributor. Verification is must
to receive the payout from the company, in case of delay in verification Fine
India will hold the payout until the verification process is being done.

How can I take the printout of my agreement?
You have to login in to your account and click on Terms & Conditions, in a new
window an agreement with your name and address will be opened. Just take the
printout from there.

Is this program legal?
Yes of course! We always keep our eyes on legal issues so that company should
not be involved in any illegal practices. Company has its own advisory panel,
consisting senior legal consultants who are highly educated, well qualified,
very experienced and extraordinarily specialized in their own fields.
We also have all the registrations and certifications to run our business fluently which can be found in our Legality section.

When can I take back my refund?
You can apply for 100% refund just after next month of your purchase in between
20th and 24th of the month and we will process the refund on 5th of the next
month to your bank account according to our refund policy. Note, refund can be
applied from the company for the purchase of product mode only and for Policy
Mode, refund will be as per the terms and conditions of Bajaj Allianz Life
Insurance Company Ltd.

We follow the fastest payment mode which is online fund transfer, however if due
to some technical reason it will not be possible for you then we will dispatch
the multi city cheque or D.D. to your address. Banking and postal expense will
be deducted from payout if applicable.

No, core banking is necessary for account transfer facility however, we only

as every body has got?
Oh! That means you have submitted wrong bank information and it would had been
transferred to some other account or it would be pending in bank’s suspense
account. In this case you have to contact us to resolve your problem, however if
it will be transferred to wrongly entered account number then we will not be
able to help you. We strongly recommend you to be very careful when you are
entering bank information and not to disclose your password to any body.

How long should it take before I start to receive my Promotional Income of my
Product Mode purchase?
We distribute monthly commissions so after one month you will have the announced
Promotional Income in your bank account on 7th.

After approx. 2 month from your investment. When we get the commission from
Bajaj Allianz, after acceptance of your policy, then only we can utilize the
amount in the market. You can check from your login area about your status of
your purchase account. However, our Promotional Income payout date is 7th of the
month.

It is just because you have not registered your mobile number with us. When the
registration procedure will be completed, you will automatically start receiving

That means your mobile number has not been updated or wrongly updated in your
profile. By registering your mobile number, you only get SMS of PVC sent to your
Email address. Login to your account and check your profile and do the needful
to update your correct mobile number

I have not logged in then why I am receiving SMS of it?
This should be taken very seriously by you because it is clearly indicating that
some body is using your password. That is why we strongly recommend that don’t
disclose your password to any body and keep changing your password. Whenever it
happens, the first thing which you should do is, login to your account and check
your profile and change your password.

Why I am receiving SMS for a Fine ID which is not mine?
Either you or one of your friends would had entered your mobile number at the
time of joining new Distributor. However if this is not the case with you then
inform us we will resolve your problem and a serious action will be taken
against that Distributor.

We don’t recommend this because you will miss many information which is

It happens when your mobile number has not been submitted or wrongly submitted

Why some time I don’t get SMS
even my correct mobile number is being updated?
It may happen some time because this service is not 100% accurate. We send all
the SMS according to our program but some time it doesn’t reaches the subscriber
due to many technical reasons. It is done by SMS service providers and no
service provider can guarantee for 100% accuracy.

You can’t change your name however if there is some spelling mistake then call
at our office numbers and ask them to correct the mistake.

You have to send a copy of your PAN card to our office address to update your
PAN number.

How can I submit my bank details?
Just login to your account with your Fine ID and password and click on bank
detail , enter the details and then click submit. It will not be visible
immediately because it will be updated from the company as a security measure
and it will be visible in the next 2 working days.

I forgot to enter my mobile number at the time of joining, now how can I update
my mobile number?
You have to send your ID proof along with your Fine ID and mobile number to the
company and it will be updated within 2 working days.

Just login to your account with your Fine ID and password and click on genealogy
and then place your mouse on first image which represents your Fine ID, your
joining date will be visible.

When my Distributorship will expire?
It will expire after 1 year from the date of your joining.

How can I renew my Distributorship?
Before expiree of your Distributorship, you will have to pay Rs. 1100.00 to
renew your Distributorship to get your Direct Income and Binary Income. Your
purchase amount, Refund Policy and Promotional Income will not affect the expiree
of your Distributorship. That means you just have to renew your Distributorship
if you want to refer new Distributor and get Direct Income and Binary Income.

What about my profits if my Distributorship expired?
If you failed to renew your Distributorship then you will not be entitled for
the Direct Income and Binary Income. However if you pay the penalty of Rs.
5000.00 within a month of your expiree then you will start receiving both the
income there after.

What if I don’t renew my Distributorship?
If you will not renew your Distributorship then you will not get Direct Income
and Binary Income but you will be receiving your Promotional Income regularly and
it will also not effect your product refund policy.

What is spam?
Sending out of unsolicited e-mail (bulk mail) with the Fine India name, any of
our web site or e-mail addresses either directly, or indirectly to anyone that
has not requested this information from you first; Post ads to news groups you
are not allowed to; Messages posted to Usenet, message boards, etc. that are
off-topic; We do not permit spamming in any form and other forms of Internet
abuse to get referrals. Any Distributor that spam will immediately have their
Distributorship terminated and will not receive any earnings.

We do not sell or rent you personal information. From time to time, as a
Distributor, You will receive our e-mail messages and our special offers
available only to Our Distributors.

It happens some time because of rush. Either the line will be busy or it will be
on call waiting, you keep trying you will get the fax tone however if you are
trying from more than 1 hour then kindly call our office numbers to resolve your

Our office timing is between 10:30 am to 6:30 pm so call only in between the
above mentioned hours, however if you are calling in between above mentioned
hours then all our customer care executive would be busy, generally it happens
on 10th, 20th, and last date of the month so you keep trying your call will be
answered as soon as they will be free.

That means, we have not received your Email. It happens some time due to spam
filtration or spelling mistake while typing the Email address. First check the
confirmation Email in your inbox or spam folder which is an auto responder to confirm you that
we have received your Email and if you don’t find our confirmation Email in your
inbox or spam folder then kindly type our Email address properly and send it again. . However
if you are typing it correctly then try to send it from some other Email address
as it would be stopped by our spam filtering system.
